We make reasonable efforts to display accurate product descriptions, ingredients, nutritional information, pack sizes, images, prices, availability, and usage instructions.

However:

• Product packaging, colour, appearance, and labelling may occasionally differ from the images displayed.
• Images are provided for representation purposes.
• Minor differences may occur between batches because of the natural characteristics of grains, millets, spices, and other ingredients.
• Information on the physical product label will take precedence if it differs from the website description.

Please read the product label, ingredient list, allergen information, storage instructions, preparation directions, and expiry or best-before date before consuming a product.

4. Allergies and Dietary Requirements

We may change prices, offers, discounts, or shipping charges at any time. Such changes will not normally affect an order that has already been accepted, except where an obvious pricing or technical error has occurred.

7. Orders and Acceptance

Submitting an order does not automatically mean that we have accepted it. An order is accepted only after it has been successfully verified and confirmed for processing.

We reserve the right to reject or cancel an order for reasons including:

• Incorrect pricing or product information was displayed.
• Payment could not be verified.
• The delivery address is incomplete or not serviceable.
• Fraudulent or suspicious activity is detected.
• The quantity ordered exceeds available or permitted limits.

If we cancel a prepaid order, the amount received for the cancelled products will be refunded to the original payment method, subject to the payment provider’s processing time.

8. Payment

Available payment methods will be displayed during checkout. Payments may be processed by third-party payment service providers.

You agree to provide valid payment information and confirm that you are authorised to use the selected payment method.

We are not responsible for payment failures caused by banks, card networks, UPI services, payment gateways, internet interruptions, or incorrect information entered by the customer. Any duplicate or failed transaction will be handled according to the relevant payment provider’s procedures.

9. Shipping and Delivery

Estimated delivery times are provided for guidance and are not guaranteed.

Our usual delivery estimate within Kerala is approximately three working days after dispatch, depending on the destination and courier service.

Shipping charges are generally:

• Within Kerala: ₹60 per kilogram.
• Outside Kerala: Calculated according to the delivery address, shipment weight, and courier availability.

Delivery may take longer because of public holidays, weather conditions, courier delays, transport disruptions, remote locations, natural events, government restrictions, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Customers must provide a complete and accurate delivery address, postcode, and reachable phone number. We are not responsible for delays or additional expenses caused by incorrect details or repeated failed delivery attempts.

10. Order Cancellation

If you wish to cancel an order, contact us immediately.

Cancellation is possible only if the order has not already been packed, dispatched, or handed over to the courier. Once dispatch processing has started, cancellation may not be available.

We reserve the right to deduct non-recoverable payment gateway or processing charges where permitted by law and clearly communicated.

11. Returns, Replacements and Refunds

Because we sell food and consumable products, we do not accept returns or exchanges due to:

• Change of mind.
• Personal taste or preference.
• Incorrect products ordered by the customer.
• A product being opened or partially consumed.
• Improper storage or handling after delivery.
• Minor natural variations in colour, texture, size, or flavour.

This restriction does not limit any mandatory rights available to consumers under applicable law.

Damaged, defective or incorrect products

If a product arrives damaged, leaking, defective, expired, or different from the product ordered, please contact us as soon as reasonably possible after delivery.

Please provide:

• Your order number.
• Photographs or video of the outer package.
• Photographs of the damaged or incorrect product.
• An image showing the batch number and expiry or best-before date.
• A short description of the problem.

Please retain the product and packaging until we complete our review. After verification, we may provide an appropriate replacement, refund, or other resolution depending on the circumstances and applicable law.

Damage claims may be rejected if the product has been substantially consumed, discarded, tampered with, or stored incorrectly before we have had a reasonable opportunity to review the issue.

12. Storage and Use

Customers must follow all storage, preparation, cooking, hygiene, and consumption instructions printed on the product packaging.

We are not responsible for spoilage, contamination, deterioration, or injury resulting from:

• Improper storage after delivery.
• Failure to seal or refrigerate a product when required.
• Consumption after the expiry or best-before date.
• Failure to follow preparation instructions.
• Use of a product for an unintended purpose.
• Ignoring disclosed allergens or dietary warnings.

Do not consume a product if its packaging appears tampered with, unusually swollen, leaking, or otherwise unsafe. Contact us for assistance.

13. Promotions and Discount Codes

Promotional offers, coupons, and discount codes may be subject to additional conditions, including validity periods, minimum order values, product exclusions, location restrictions, and usage limits.

Unless expressly stated:

• Offers cannot be combined.
• Discount codes cannot be exchanged for cash.
• Discounts cannot be applied retrospectively.
